This series was developed to provide educational opportunities on service excellence for individual organizations.

The four-set series covers the following topics:

The four-part video collection may be used for staff meetings or brief in-services. Each video is approximately 20 minutes in length, with discussion questions at the end. A learning guide is enclosed with video series to provide the leader with questions for further discussion.
